Founded in 1970 as a real estate organization headquartered in Montreal, Tidan diversified their activities to the hotel industry in the 80’s, acquiring 2 properties in Montreal.
Since then , they’ve consistently added new hotels to their portfolio. In 2005, Tidan created the Tidan Hospitality Group with the addition of their 10th and 11th hotel. The Tidan Hospitality Group now owns and manages a diverse inventory of properties in Quebec, Ontario and the US.
Tidan now extends their corporate philosophy to their hospitality group, bringing integrity, efficiency and innovation to all of their properties.
The strength of Tidan lies in its tightly-knit organizational structure and it’s hands-on approach to management and to service. A dynamic collaboration between hotels builds on the strength of each property and the partnership of its management teams.
