Gym & Sauna

Located on street level, this comfortable exercise room features: treadmill, multiple exercise machine (Versa Gym) and organic Bike. The fitness room is open on a 24 hours and is complimentary to all guests.

Ask for our Yoga and Jogging kits...they'll help you stay in shape, both body and soul.

The Hôtel and Château Versailles provides daily dry cleaning and laundry service. Price lists and laundry bags are provided in every room. Please notify housekeeping the night before or before 8:30am and your laundry will be returned within the same day. In addition we offer one hour service at an addition charge of $5.00, this service is not available on weekends and holidays.

Business Center

Located near the reception area, the self-serve business center provides you with the necessary office equipment to be able to work efficiently. Computers are available with high-speed internet access, charges apply. For more elaborate secretarial work, please contact the front desk.

Children

The Château Versailles will be delighted to make babysitting arrangements on your behalf. Please note that you must notify us twenty-four hours in advance. Children's playpens are available on a complimentary basis. Please inform The Château while making the reservation.

Hourly Rates :
1 babysitter for 1 to 4
children of the same family:
$15 / hour

Minimum charge: 3 hours. All prices are in Canadian funds. For service lasting until 11pm or later, the customer must give the babysitter an extra $20 for taxi.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior - no charge; the day of the assignment: 3 hours will be payable. The hotel/customer agrees to pay the 3-hour fee and will get reimbursed by the client.
If the babysitter is there during a meal period, the customer will provide a meal to the babysitter. Payment will be made in cash - the customer may, if he wishes, put the charge to his room; the babysitter will then go to the recpetion to get payment for her services. The babysitter will be paid on a daily basis.

Miscellaneous

Electric Current:
120 Volts, 60 Cycles is the standard voltage here in Canada . But don't worry about bringing your hair dryer, they're already provided in every room. Adapters for 220 Volts available upon request at the reception.
Safety Deposit Boxes:
All rooms are equiped with safes. The Hôtel and Château Versailles can not be held responsible for belongings left in the rooms.
Currency Exchange:
You can exchange your US currency at the reception for a maximum of $100 CDN. For larger amounts than $100 CDN, the hotel recommends you use one of Montreal 's many exchange bureaus.
Accepted Credit Cards:
We accept most major credit cards including: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, En Route, Carte Blanche, JCB and Discover.
Medical:
The Château Versailles provides the service of a doctor who is available on call 24 hours a day. The cost for a visit on the hotel premise is approximately $200.00 CDN (plus taxes).
Pets:
We know they're part of the family, and we understand that you just can't travel without them. That's why we're happy to have them stay with us and will treat them as VIP guests. A cost of $15/day is added to your room bill and includes unlimited petting from our staff.
